OVERVIEW

At Nuance Atelier, we are committed to ensuring that our carefully selected genuine leather products are delivered to you in a secure, seamless, and premium manner. Reflecting our commitment to sustainability, our packaging materials are chosen to provide optimum protection while minimizing environmental impact, ensuring your pieces arrive in pristine condition.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all purchases made through our online store. These terms should be read alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Return Policy.

SECTION 1 - ORDER PROCESSING AND DISPATCH TIMELINES

1.1 Standard Processing Time

All orders for in-stock leather jackets, bags, and accessories undergo a rigorous final quality control inspection by our team prior to shipment. Standard order processing and dispatch take 1 to 3 business days.

1.2 Cut-off Times & Weekends

Orders placed after 14:00 (GMT+3) on Fridays, or anytime over weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the following business day.

1.3 Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Items

Estimated dispatch windows for pre-order items or custom productions are explicitly stated on the respective product pages at the time of purchase. These timelines are subject to natural leather production cycles.

SECTION 2 - DOMESTIC SHIPPING (REPUBLIC OF TÜRKIYE)

2.1 Carrier Partnerships

Domestic shipments within the Republic of Türkiye are fully insured and handled via our premium courier partners (e.g., Yurtiçi Kargo / Aras Kargo) to ensure secure delivery.

2.2 Estimated Delivery Windows

  • Within Istanbul: 1 to 2 business days following dispatch.

  • Other Provinces: 2 to 4 business days following dispatch.

  • Please note that deliveries to remote or rural areas may vary depending on the local courier's specific distribution schedule.

SECTION 3 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (WORLDWIDE)

3.1 Global Express Delivery

To protect the integrity and security of our premium goods, all international shipments are dispatched via leading global express carriers, including DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS. All international shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery.

3.2 Estimated International Delivery Windows

  • Europe: 2 to 4 business days.

  • North America (USA & Canada): 3 to 5 business days.

  • Middle East & Asia-Pacific: 4 to 7 business days.

  • These timeframes are transit estimates provided by the carriers and do not account for potential delays within destination customs processing centers.

SECTION 4 - CUSTOMS DUTIES, IMPORT TAXES, AND FEES

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

Prices posted on our online store do not include destination country customs duties, import taxes, local consumption taxes (such as VAT/GST), or customs clearance brokerage fees.

4.1 Payment Responsibility

When a shipment reaches its destination country, any import duties, taxes, or clearance fees levied by the local customs authority are the sole responsibility of the Customer (buyer). Nuance Atelier cannot predict or control these government-imposed charges.

4.2 Rejected Shipments

If a Customer refuses to pay the required customs duties or taxes, causing the shipment to be returned to Nuance Atelier, the Customer will be held responsible for all return shipping costs, secondary customs handling fees, and any associated penalties. These expenses will be strictly deducted from the Customer's final refund amount once the item safely returns to our facility.

SECTION 5 - ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, an automated confirmation email will be generated via Shopify containing your Unique Tracking Number and a direct link to track your parcel in real-time. You may also monitor your shipment status by logging into your account on our website.

SECTION 6 - CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

6.1 Accurate Shipping Information

The Customer is solely responsible for providing complete, precise, and accurate delivery addresses and contact telephone numbers. Nuance Atelier shall not be held liable for delivery failures, delays, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect, outdated, or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

6.2 Inspection of Damaged Packages

All Nuance Atelier shipments are securely mühürlü (sealed) to prevent transit tampering.

  • Upon Delivery: You are strictly advised to inspect the external packaging before accepting the delivery. If the parcel exhibits severe signs of damage, crushing, moisture, or tampering, please open and inspect the contents in the presence of the courier agent.

  • Official Damage Assessment Report: If a product is found to be physically damaged due to transport, you must instruct the courier to draft an official "Damage Assessment Report"and refuse the delivery. Nuance Atelier cannot initiate insurance claims or provide replacements for damaged shipments that lack this official transit report.

SECTION 7 - DELAYS AND FORCE MAJEURE

Nuance Atelier shall not be held liable for delivery disruptions, failures, or delays resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure). This includes, but is not limited to, international customs backlogs, adverse weather conditions, courier strikes, global supply chain crises, pandemics, or carrier operational bottlenecks. In the event of a delay, our support team will actively liaise with the carrier to resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.
